D type hydro pulper is used for deslagging different pulp board, broken paper and other waste paper. The D type hydro pulper has a design that changes the way pulp flows in the transmission equipment, allowing the pulp to come into contact with the rotor more quickly. This shortens the time from pulp addition to pulping and can increase production capacity without increasing power or volume.

 

Main Structure of D Type Hydro Pulper

 

1. The “D” shaped tank is welded from steel plates. There are channel steels on the outside of the upper opening to reinforce the tank. There are guide plates at the bottom of the inner cone to promote the pulp backflow and form a circulation.
2. The rotor and discharge plate are higher than the bottom plane of the pulper trough, forming a low-pressure flow zone around the rotor to collect heavy impurities. After the heavy impurities are deposited at the bottom, they are carried to the sediment well or heavy slag collection tank due to the rotation of the pulp.
3. The outriggers are welded from steel plates and are used to support the tank and rotor assembly.
