Bale Breaker Structure Overview

 

Bale breaker is mainly composed of feeding hopper, barrel, supporting wheel, driving device, slag receiving belt, heavy impurity / paper separation device and feeding / discharge shield.

Bundles of waste paper enter the rotating cylinder from the feed hopper for unpacking. The cylinder contains lifting piles and a guide screw. The unpacked waste paper is discharged from the discharge end of the cylinder. The middle section of the cylinder of the unpacking machine has screen holes to allow heavy impurities and small paper pieces in the waste paper to be discharged through the screen holes. The lower part of the cylinder is equipped with a slag receiving belt conveyor. At the head of the slag receiving belt conveyor, a heavy slag/paper piece separation device is installed to separate the paper pieces from the slag by a blower. The protective cover of the unpacking machine includes three parts: the feed cover, the cylinder cover, and the discharge cover.
