Virgin Wood Paper Pulping Process

The wood bundles are conveyed into D Type Hydrapulper by Chain Conveyor( New Type ), then go to High Density Cleaner to remove heavy impurities, after that pulp flow into Double Disc Refiner to improve the slurry beating degree to meet the paper making needs. This is the whole pulping line, the pulp through refining machine can go into Inclined Screen to dehydration directly to prepare for paper making.
